Foreword by
Dr. Andrew Weil

“Drs. Shad and Carmona’s attitudes toward health and wellness are completely aligned with my own views and with the philosophy of Integrative Medicine. Like them, I believe that health is an individual responsibility. Written in easy-to-understand language, this book explains what you can do to protect your health and well-being — with practical, science-backed advice that goes far beyond diet alone.”

— Dr. Andrew Weil, MD

What if aging didn’t mean decline, and chronic disease wasn’t inevitable?

What if conditions like heart disease, diabetes, obesity, depression, anxiety, and many cancers were not written into our genetic code? What if we could prevent and even reverse them with simple, sustainable habits? Longevity Made Simple is a powerful guide that challenges the conventional story about health, aging, and the future of medicine.

As Dr. Shad explains, we are not working with a true healthcare system. We are dealing with a system that responds to illness rather than preventing it. It’s time to shift our focus to the lifestyle changes that target the root causes of today’s most common health problems.

Longevity Made Simple helps you take charge of your health using the DRESS Code: Diet, Relationships, Exercise, Stress, and Sleep. This practical, science-based approach will show you how to:

This is your opportunity to change the direction of your health story, one habit at a time.
